Specialty Sightseeing Cruises on Cape Cod

Ferry trips to and from the islands are our bread and butter. We love carrying thousands of passengers to (and between, did you know we have an interisland service?) the islands each day throughout the summer. It’s our absolute favorite! The islands are our home, and we are so grateful for the love and loyalty we receive from both.

Hyannis Harbor Sightseeing Cruise

But did you know we offer more than just ferries? Probably not, but that is something we really want to change. Hy-Line Cruises actually got its start as Hyannis Harbor Tours giving tours of Lewis Bay and pointing out the Kennedy compound and other points of interest along the way. We still offer that harbor cruise with live commentary and plenty of beautiful views. The cruise lasts about an hour and is perfect when you need a leisurely excursion to round out a long day of summertime fun and excitement! It’s also worthwhile to mention that kids ride free on morning trips all summer long. It’s a one-of-a-kind experience, being out there on the water is so peaceful.

Other Types of Sightseeing Cruises

If leisurely and peaceful isn’t quite what you’re looking for, you’re in luck! We also have a smattering of specialty cruises that offer a little more excitement! We offer a sunset cocktail cruise: think background music, drinks and light snacks at a cash bar, and a beautiful sunset. Just invite your favorite people and you’ve got a great time! New this season, we are hosting Musical Bingo nights on the Harbor as well. An out-of-this-world live interactive entertainment experience! Musical Bingo is a revolutionary event that’s taking the East Coast by storm. Everybody loves music, everybody loves bingo, an unforgettable night for all ages. Cocktails and light snacks are available for purchase at our onboard snack bar. Available Tuesdays at 7:00pm, June 20th through August 31st, this is definitely something you don’t want to miss!

Cape Cod Canal Sightseeing

What’s more iconic than the Cape Cod Canal? Everyone who comes onto Cape Cod crosses over the canal on their way, using either the Sagamore or Bourne bridge, so you’ve definitely seen it, but have you ever thought about what happens in and around the canal?

If so, you might want to check out our Cape Cod Canal Cruise out of Onset. It’s the only sightseeing cruise running on the canal and is so worth the 2 hours. The cruise is informative, interesting, and really fun! With live commentary, it’s a great way to get a different perspective of the Cape’s history and this amazing waterway.

We offer a special family cruise, where kids ride free, sunset cruises, and music cruises all summer long! The music cruises are especially fun. When do Sightseeing Cruises start?

These two services tend to start in June, and we cannot wait to get back out and enjoy these unique cruises! May sure is an exciting month around here with service to the Vineyard starting, Memorial Day weekend, Harbor and Canal Cruises starting up, and things just getting busier and busier.

We’re so thrilled to be back at it this summer, and are working hard to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time with us! We’re still taking COVID seriously, but are grateful that things are moving forward in a positive direction to get us a little bit closer to normal.
