Deep Sea Fishing
Looking for a Cape Cod fishing excursion? Look no further than a Hy-Line Deep Sea Fishing trip! Cruise out into Nantucket Sound and you’ll bottom fish (sometimes called deep sea fishing) for scup, fluke, black seabass and tautog. Bait is included in the price and rod rentals are available for a nominal fee (free on the 2.5-hour trips). The deckhands will assist you and help with baiting the hook, sometimes tangled lines, and, for a nominal fee, will happily fillet and bag your catch of the day. Hy-Line Fishing is a fun addition to your day in Hyannis, whether out with the guys or the kids or grandkids!

Fish for Some “Reel” Fun!
Departing from the North End of the Ocean Street Dock in Hyannis (behind Spanky’s) is the 62’ aluminum F/V Sea Queen to take you out onto Nantucket Sound for some reel fun! Operating seasonally, Hy-Line offers Prime Time Porgy, Captain’s Choice and Bottom Fishing options. What is bottom fishing? It is said that bottom fishing is a game of patience and precision because after cruising out to the fishing grounds, you stay put and wait. Drop your line and wait for the fish to bite. This is a terrific way to fish when we target specific species of fish (scup, tautog, black sea bass) that dwell near the bottom, or ocean floor. The captains have the local knowledge to put you on the spot where the action is HOT!
NOTE: A recreational fishing license is not required of paying customers on head boat or charter boat trips in Massachusetts.
Departure & Parking
This cruise departs from the North End of the Ocean Street Dock at 138 Ocean Street, Hyannis. We own and operate one parking lot for fishing customers, next to Spanky’s. The lot is located at 110 Ocean St. Hyannis, MA 02601, and the cost ranges from $7-$10, depending on the time of the season. Metered parking is also available at the dock and along Ocean Street, which is run by the Town of Barnstable.
