Reservations are the only way to guarantee available space.
ISLAND FERRY RESERVATIONS: Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to departure to allow for drop-off, parking and ticketing. Reserved tickets can be picked up at the ticket office at any time after they are made, but must be picked up from the ticket office no later than 30 minutes prior to departure. Passengers who have not boarded or who are not ticketed and in line 15 minutes prior to departure may have their tickets released to standby passengers. Any reservations not claimed prior to the boat’s departure time will be considered a No Show.
Reservations must be cancelled by 5:00pm prior to the day of departure by calling (800) 492-8082 or online at least 24 hours prior to departure by using our ‘My Booking’ feature and are refundable, less a service charge of $5.00 per passenger. Reservations cannot be cancelled via email. Reservations are not refundable on or after the day of the departure. If you choose not to cancel, your ferry ticket purchase will be honored up to one year from the original departure date, with a confirmed reservation. However, if you will not be traveling at your booked departure time then you must notify us prior to that departure time in order to avoid any penalty fees when reusing those tickets at a future time.
Retail Reservation Policy
Reservations are refundable, less a cancellation fee, if cancelled online at least 24 hours prior to departure here. You can also cancel with an agent by phone at (800) 492-8082 by 5:00pm the day before travel.
Day of departure:
Reservations are not refundable; however, if cancelled prior to departure time, reservation will be moved to open-ended for one year. No Show Reservations will be moved to open-ended and valid for one year subject to a reuse fee of $5.00 per passenger, per leg.
Reservations can be moved to another departure time in advance, and as long as there is available space. If you have boarding cards and make a change, you must check in at the ticket office upon arrival to have new boarding cards printed. Reservations can be modified by calling (800) 492-8082 or online using our ‘My Booking’ feature.
Commuter Reservation Policy
Commuter Reservations may be moved or canceled online or with an agent by 5:00pm the day before travel, at no charge, with e-ticket going back into e-book.
Day of departure:
Commuter Reservations, whether placed in advance or on the same day of travel, may be moved or canceled (prior to sailing time) online at no charge with e-ticket going back into e-book. Commuter Reservations canceled with an agent (prior to sailing time) will be moved to open-ended and valid for one year, at no additional charge. No Show Commuter Reservations will be moved to open-ended and valid for one year subject to a reuse fee of $5.00 per passenger, per leg.
