The Cape Cod Canal’s Only Sightseeing Cruise
Since 1979, we’ve enjoyed showing off the Cape Cod Canal! This one-of-a-kind sightseeing cruise sails from Onset, just 10 minutes from the Bourne Bridge. Points of interest include Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Sagamore Bridge, Bourne Bridge, Vertical Lift Railroad Bridge, Gray Gable, Herring Run, Aptucxet Trading Post, Scusset Beach Fish Pier, Sandwich Boat Basin and Cape Cod Bay.
Convenience & Comfort
Set sail to sightsee aboard a three-hour trip cruising all the way through the Canal to the Sandwich Boat Basin and back or a two-hour trip cruising 2/3 of the length of the canal to the Herring Run and back. Each cruise features live commentary about the fascinating history and points of interest. Aboard Monhegan, snack bar service is available with a variety of items for purchase including local beer, wine and spirits. Amenities include four restrooms, and indoor and outdoor seating for your comfort and convenience.
This cruise departs from the Onset Town Pier located at 184 Onset Avenue, Onset. There is metered parking available at the pier and along Onset Avenue, which is run by the Town of Wareham.
