"I was a passenger on the high-speed ferry from Nantucket to Hyannis. I accidentally left my cell phone on the upper deck. Once I realized my mistake and where I could have possibly left it, my girlfriend called your terminal on our ride home. Your staff member informed us that nothing had been turned in yet, but took our number and said she would call us back. To my delight, it was located and I received a call back. Furthermore, Monday morning I was allowed to give my FedEx number and on Tuesday morning I received a box with my cell phone, safely packaged in bubble wrap! My phone could have been pocketed by less honest employees. Your people act with common sense and you can actually get someone onthe phone, who cares and 'likes' their job and goes the extra mile...bubble wrap...I was very impressed."
