Ocean Street Dock for island ferry, harbor cruise and fishing departures

From New York City area follow Route 95 to Providence, RI; Route 195 to Wareham, MA; Route 25 to the Bourne Bridge (follow signs for Cape & Islands); Route 6 to Exit 6; Route 132 into Hyannis. At Airport Rotary, take your second right onto Barnstable Road; this road turns into Ocean Street; Hy-Line's ferry terminal is 1-1/4 miles from rotary, on the left across from the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. The trip is approximately 5 hours, depending on traffic.

From Boston area follow Route 3 (Southeast Expressway) to Route 6 over the Sagamore Bridge to Exit 6; Route 132 into Hyannis. At Airport Rotary take your second right onto Barnstable Road; this road turns into Ocean Street. Hy-Line's ferry terminal is 1-1/4 miles from the rotary on the left across from the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. The trip is approximately 1-1/2 hours, depending on traffic.

From Upper Cape area (Falmouth) take Route 28 into Hyannis. At Airport Rotary take your first right onto Barnstable Road; this road turns into Ocean Street; Hy-Line's ferry terminal is 1-1/4 miles from the rotary, on the left across from the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. The trip is approximately 45 minutes, depending on traffic.

From Lower Cape area (Provincetown) take Route 6 to Exit 7. At the end of off-ramp, take a left onto Willow Street. At traffic lights go straight until you reach stop sign; take right onto Main Street; at second set of lights take left onto Ocean Street. After you have crossed South Street, Hy-Line's ferry terminal is approximately 1/4 mile on the left, across from the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. The trip is approximately 60 minutes, depending on traffic.

Onset Town Pier for Cape Cod Canal Cruises

From Cape Cod traveling over the Bourne Bridge take the first exit once over the bridge. Follow signs for Route 6 West & Route 28 North. At the 4th set of lights take a left onto Onset Avenue. The Buttermilk Inn will be on your right. Continue on Onset Avenue and the Onset Town Pier will be on the left.

From where Route I-195 Joins Route I-495 proceed east on Route 25 to Wareham, Exit 2 for Onset & Wareham/Route 6 East & Route 28 South. Continue straight off of exit ramp. At the 3rd set of lights take a right following sign for Onset Bay. Once you have crossed the railroad crossing bear left onto Onset Avenue. Continue on Onset Avenue, through the village of Onset, and the Onset Town Pier will be on the right.

From where Route 3 ends before "Flyover" follow Route 6 West along the Cape Cod Canal. Continue on Route 6 West & Route 28 North from the Bourne Rotary. At the 4th set of lights take a left onto Onset Avenue. The Buttermilk Inn will be on your right. Continue on Onset Avenue and the Onset Town Pier will be on the left.
